Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an unopened product for a full refund. This right applies to all orders delivered in the United States, consistent with consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet ALL of these conditions:

  • Unopened: The seal must not be broken. Package must not be opened.
  • Undamaged: Packaging must be in its original condition with no signs of tampering.
  • Complete: All original contents and packaging materials must be included.
  • Within 14 Days: Return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

How to Return Your Product

  1. Contact us at info@drainscrub.world with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a mailing address
  3. Ship the product back to us using your preferred carrier
  4. Keep your tracking number for reference

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
  • Defective Products: If the product is defective, we will cover return shipping
  • Courier Damage: If the product arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (cash refund or credit to courier account)
  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund

Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements. The seal is a safety measure, and we cannot resell opened products.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at info@drainscrub.world. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per this policy.

Refusing Delivery

You may refuse delivery if you have a courier at your door. The order will be cancelled, and no charge will apply. Alternatively, you can accept the package and return it within 14 days per this policy.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@drainscrub.world
  2. Provide photos of the damage
  3. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no cost

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Products outside the 14-day return window
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

International Returns

We only ship to addresses in the United States. Returns must be shipped from within the US. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions & Special Cases

While we want you to be satisfied, some circumstances fall outside our standard return policy:

  • Products damaged by you after receipt
  • Items returned significantly past the 14-day window
  • Products used and then returned
